1. Scope
This Policy applies to all content generated, uploaded, published, transmitted, or stored through the aicontract platform, including:
- Text: AI-generated contract clauses, summaries, analysis, and correspondence
- Documents: AI-reviewed or AI-generated contracts in PDF, Word, or image format
- User Input (Prompts): Instructions and descriptions you submit for AI analysis
- Comparison outputs: Diff views and version comparison results
2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
aicontract explicitly prohibits the use of this Service to generate the following six categories of content. Each is listed individually as required for AIGC compliance:
- Pornography / NSFW content
- Violence / Gore content
- Hate speech
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — including any sexualized content involving minors
- Deepfakes / Impersonation — AI-synthesized audio, video, or images that impersonate real individuals or mislead viewers about origin or authenticity
- Copyright or trademark infringement — content reproducing copyrighted material or trademarks without proper licensing or authorization
2.1 Zero Tolerance — Immediate Action
The following content will result in immediate disposition and may be reported to authorities:
- Child sexual exploitation material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Content promoting or assisting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
- Instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction
- Content advocating genocide or ethnic hatred
- Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals
2.2 General Prohibited Activities
- Generate or disseminate misinformation or rumors
- Impersonate real individuals, brands, or organizations
- Infringe intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy rights of others
- Present AI-generated content as human-authored work
- Bulk-generate spam or fraudulent content
- Use jailbreak prompts or techniques to bypass the Service's safety mechanisms
- Upload contracts that facilitate illegal activities including fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing
- Upload contracts containing malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Attempt to access, extract, or copy other users' contract data without authorization
- Use automated scripts or bots that interfere with platform performance or availability
3. AI Model Disclosure
aicontract uses third-party AI model providers for contract analysis and generation, including:
- DeepSeek — primary AI model for contract analysis, risk detection, clause comparison, and content generation
- Other major AI model providers — for specialized analysis tasks
The AI models used are mainstream industry models with appropriate safety guardrails. We do not use models from unknown sources or models that lack safety protections.
4. Content Moderation Mechanism
aicontract employs a multi-layer moderation system: automated moderation + human review + periodic audits.
4.1 Automated Moderation (Real-Time)
All requests and generated content are scanned in real-time by safety filters:
- Input filtering: Keyword, semantic, and intent analysis of prompts
- Output filtering: Real-time safety assessment of generated content
- Usage pattern analysis: Monitoring for anomalous API call behavior
- Safety models used: Combination of OpenAI Moderation API, DeepSeek safety systems, and our proprietary content safety filters
4.2 Human Review
- Auto-flagged content enters a human review queue
- User-reported content is reviewed by our Trust & Safety team
- Reviewers complete content safety training and sign confidentiality agreements
4.3 Periodic Sampling and Audits
- Random sampling reviews conducted monthly
- Automated moderation system accuracy evaluated and optimized regularly

5. Reporting Mechanism
5.1 When to Report
- Content that violates the content standards in Section 2
- Content involving child safety, terrorism, or other serious violations
- Discovery of AI impersonation or infringement of your own rights
- Any other behavior you believe violates this Policy
5.2 Reporting Principles
- Confidentiality: Reporter identity is strictly protected
- Neutrality: All reports are reviewed independently and objectively
- Anti-abuse: Malicious or false reports will be recorded and acted upon

9. Appeals Mechanism
If you disagree with an enforcement result, you may submit an appeal within 15 days of receiving the notification:

10. Transparency and Policy Updates
- We publish a content safety transparency report every [quarter / six months]
- Material changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy
