1. Credit Pack Refunds

All credit pack payments are processed through Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record and PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

  • Unused credits: All credits expire 30 days after purchase.
  • Technical issues: If you experience technical issues preventing credit usage, contact support within 7 days.
  • Duplicate charges: Contact support immediately if you were charged multiple times.

2. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

3. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank, your subscription will be suspended pending resolution.
