Welcome to aicontract ("we" or "us"). We are a company incorporated under the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered contract management services, including contract drafting, review, comparison, signing, archiving, and tracking, available at our website (the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
⚠️ Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
aicontract provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to draft, review, compare, sign, archive, and track contracts with intelligent reminders and risk alerts. This is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.
Due to the immediate digital delivery nature of our service, refunds are subject to specific limitations as described in Section 7.
AI Model Disclosure: This Service uses third-party AI model providers, including DeepSeek and other major AI model providers, for contract analysis and generation. The performance and availability of the Service may be affected by these providers' operational status. Significant disruptions will be communicated to users promptly.
Use of the Service requires an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to this agreement.
Access to the Service requires the purchase of credit packs. Credit packs are used to access various service features. Current available credit packs and pricing are listed on our pricing page.
We reserve the right to modify credit pack features or introduce new options at any time.
Each credit pack purchase is an individual transaction. Completing a purchase authorizes aicontract to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.
Purchased credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. We will send reminders before credits expire. After expiration, unused credits cannot be recovered.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes. Where required by law, we will collect and remit relevant taxes.
If your account is terminated (by you or by us), unused credits will be retained for 30 days after termination. After this period, unused credits will expire and will not be refunded unless required by applicable law.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@aicontract.tech.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting cancel@aicontract.tech. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Purchased credit packs are not affected by cancellation and remain valid for their original 30-day validity period.
Consumed credits are not refundable. The following exceptions apply:
To request a refund, contact refunds@aicontract.tech with your account email and transaction ID. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact billing@aicontract.tech before disputing with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AI-generated content ("Output") created from your inputs belongs to you. You may use Output for any lawful purpose permitted under Section 10.
By submitting content ("Input") to the Service, you grant aicontract a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your Input to train AI models without your explicit consent.
This Service uses third-party AI model providers, including DeepSeek and other major AI providers. Output may be influenced by these models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and accept no responsibility for content generated by third-party models.
⚠️ AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before relying on it, particularly for legal, financial, or other professional purposes.
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity, business automation, research, and development activities.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after account deletion, after which it is deleted.
In the event of a security incident affecting your rights, we will notify you and relevant regulators within 72 hours of discovery, in accordance with applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.
⚠️ AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not use it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before acting on any AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aicontract accepts no liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in suspected fraud, or are required by law to do so. If we terminate the Service for reasons not attributable to your breach, we will prorate-refund any prepaid, unused amounts.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@aicontract.tech.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which aicontract operates. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact legal@aicontract.tech to attempt informal resolution. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and aicontract.
